Order your wallpaper securely from Tigron & Floyd AB (559025-8561). The wallpapers are designed by Tigron & Floyd AB and are manufactured by Grizzly Jemtreklam AB in Östersund, Sweden.
Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible in which the details of your order will be attached. Please check the details of your order and contact us immediately if any element of your order is incorrect. If you wish to cancel your order or make a change please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.
DHL will transport the goods to your nearest collection point. When phone number is stated you will receive and sms upon arrival. Otherwise you will receive a notification by letter. You have the right to cancel the purchase. However, if this is done after we have sent your goods you will be charged the delivery fee and you will also be required to return the delivery to us. Estimated time of delivery in Sweden is up to 10 business days. Should the amount of time exceed 10 days you will be notified. Subject to limited availability and delays of third parties.
We accept credit card payment with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Purchase with credit card is available at no extra charge.
Withdrawal of order
You preserve the right to withdraw you order within 15 days as stated by Swedish law. The 15 days commence once you have received your goods. Upon withdrawal and after you have sent the goods back to us you will receive a full refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the credit card used in payment. The customer will pay for return of goods and the goods shall be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is also responsible for any risk in returning the goods such as lost package or damage.
Every product we sell to Swedish customers comes with one year product warranty and three years of statutory warranty according to Swedish law. The product warranty covers only initial errors, i.e. errors that existed in the product on delivery. Incorrect or damaged goods upon delivery will be returned and exchanged free of charge. We do not refund products damaged from incorrect handling. In any dispute we follow recommendations from Swedish ARN.

We cannot sell or enter contracts with minors (under 18) without parental/guardian authorization.
Use of personal data
By your registration and/or order you agree to storage of contact and purchase information by Tigron & Floyd. We use this information to provide an excellent service to our customers and to fulfill our commitments to you. The information is also used in marketing purposes. This means that Tigron & Floyd will use, unless in writing told otherwise, the information to contact you by email or sms with newsletters and special offers.
We treat your information with the utmost care and we ensure that your customer data is only used by Tigron & Floyd. We will not, without your consent, pass on information unless it is stated by law, required in fulfilling a purchase or service or Tigron & Floyd deem it necessary to protect and defend rights or property belonging to Tigon & Floyd.
We offer secure credit card payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express in partnership with Stripe. When paying with credit card you will be directed to a secure page with SSL certificate at Stripe where you can safely enter your credit card details and continue with payment. Tigron & Floyd does not handle your credit card details.

Information about cookies
On this website we use a session-cookie in order to prevent mix-ups of different users and their shopping carts. There is no permanent cookie and the session-cookie will be erased after visiting the site. The cookie does not store any information about its users.
